Delete Your Account

Applies to Printer Pilot (com.printflowai.aiprinter) on iOS and Android.

You can request deletion of your Printer Pilot account and its associated data at any time. You do not need the app installed to make a request.

How to request deletion

  1. Email topsol.org@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my account”.
  2. Send it from the email address registered to your account. This is how we verify the request. If you cannot, tell us and we will verify another way.
  3. We confirm receipt, then complete deletion within 30 days. You will get a confirmation once it is done.

Cancel your subscription first. Subscriptions are billed by Apple and Google, not by us, so deleting your account does not stop billing. Cancel in Apple subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions before requesting deletion.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

  • Your account record — email address, name, and password hash.
  • Your profile preferences and AI consent setting.
  • All document records, including extracted text, per-page text, tags, and categories.
  • All AI summaries, extracted fields, and cached AI results.
  • All AI chat sessions and their messages.
  • Document passages and embeddings generated for document chat.
  • Your subscription entitlement record and AI credit balance.
  • Registered push notification tokens.
  • Connected cloud storage accounts, including stored Google Drive access tokens.
  • Sign-in session records.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

What is retained

  • Subscription transaction records, where we are required to keep them for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes, for as long as the applicable law requires.
  • Backups, from which your data is purged on the normal backup rotation schedule rather than immediately.

Data we never held

  • Files backed up to iCloud go from your device straight to Apple and are not stored by us. Remove them in the Files app under the Printer Pilot folder.
  • Files in Google Drive belong to your Google account. Deleting your Printer Pilot account revokes our access but does not delete files already in your Drive.
  • Documents held only on your device in guest mode. Uninstalling the app removes them.
  • Payment details. Card and billing information is handled entirely by Apple and Google; we never receive it.

Deleting some data instead

If you would rather not close your account, you can, from within the app:

  • Delete individual documents from your library.
  • Delete individual AI chat sessions.
  • Disconnect cloud providers from Settings → Cloud Storage.
  • Turn off AI features from Settings → AI and Privacy.
